Years of applying with zero calls usually means something is getting filtered before a person sees it, even when the role looks like a match on paper.
I’d look at 3 things first: whether your resume is ATS-friendly, if the right keywords from the posting are actually showing up, and whether your bullets are framed in the same language the job uses. One weird thing i’ve seen is a clean-looking 2 column layout getting parsed like garbage in Workday, so it “matches” to a human but not to the system.
If you want a quick sanity check, compare your resume against one of those job posts line by line, or run it through something like ResumeJudge, Jobscan, or Resume Worded just to see what’s missing. Have you noticed if Cilo uses the same ATS every time, or do the postings bounce between Workday and Greenhouse?
