Has anyone ever gotten an interview from Cilo? I’ve been applying to their job postings for years. Even for roles where I matched the requirements exactly, I’ve never received an interview call (or even a rejection letter). It’s always radio silence. I just saw another job post, and honestly, part of me wants to apply, but the other part isn’t so sure.

Looking to transition from an experineced(more than 7 years) automation and manual tester to a python full stack developer , looking for guidance about the path .... job market(including freelancing option) ,job position to target , potential struggles , courses or any other potential resources !
P.S. trying this change to as having a inclination towards development, and also see myself going for technical manager role in future !
Feel free to bust any myths , but plz avoid demotivate!

I got a promotion a year and 3 months ago, and got a pay raise 5 months ago. Could I still ask for a promotion to SAE if I have been supporting a team more as one? Promotions are hard to stab with.

I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer.
