I bombed a question in my interview! Feeling horrid
I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

You have no more than 3 days to accept that offer, otherwise they know you’re playing games and will renege on it. Good luck.

Yes. Just a couple of months ago. Agency 1 offer was in hand but it was lower than I wanted. They knew and so gave me time to think about it.
A trusted recruiter approached about two other places looking, so I interviewed with full transparency. They all knew they were one of three and were gracious enough to speed up the process.
Agency 2 and 3 both made offers at my asking salary. I went back to 1 to see if they still would match the $ and they said they just couldn’t. In the end I chose one of the latter two. I was upfront with agency 1 the whole time and they said they respected the decision.
All three are small, creative and well known. So I didn’t feel that taking the financial hit was worth it for Agency 1.
Sometimes you can get 5 … if you’re lucky …
