Te a ching RSP/SAI. Any help on how
I'm serving notice period in TCS and my last day is in 2 weeks. I requested for pickup of laptop in the portal but I came to know that it will take time for pickup and I won't be available if they come late. So I decided to go to office and surrender the laptop as I'm in the location of office only. Is there a seperate request to be raised for surrender of laptop and how to cancel the existing request for pickup. Please guide.Tata Consultancy
Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.
What’s the WLB like? Good job security?

Yeah I have faced similar issues, the questions they ask are quite difficult and sometimes even though you answer most of them, they still reject you.
Yeah I know. I don't understand if they want such perfect resource then why don't they hire directly from project.

Completely agree.
For example -
People working in infra too.
Person willl be working on change management
But thy need people on incident management, change management, release management
2)Previously testers are interviewed only on their testing thinking, test writing skills and automation
Now testers are interviewed in-
UI automation
Api testing
JMETER (non functional testing)
Devops /Cloud deployment
Jenkins
etc(panel are looking for a whole team in a person)
And if questioned - they say you have to improvise and keep on learning, and that's how you can survive in IT, but this majorly makes a person to be:
Jack of all trades in sluggish, master of none😂
Exactly!!! I faced a similar situation wherein I was grilled concepts which hardly anyone of my techstack might have heard or applied upon. I mean it's not that feasible to know everything of a particular techstack when you don't actually use it in your routine tasks, that too for a 30 min interview which won't even guarantee a job. Recruitment seems strange nowadays
Yes I am completely agree but we have to learn those skills to be in market.
