I’ve had four interviews in the past week, and I’ve noticed that HMs and recruiters aren’t as serious as they should be: 1. They got up in the middle of the interview to answer the door. 2. Biting their nails throughout the entire interview while working on something else. 3. Mentioned that I need to be available 24/7 and can only offer a title less than I currently am because they don’t have a high budget. Is there anything that I can do stop this? Maybe consider another industry?
