To what extent to platforms facilitate union formation? To what extent do they discourage it? You'd think websites like glassdoor, linkedin, and this one would all be in an incredibly powerful position from the point of view of union organizing and the way they design the site could work for us or against us. So I'm asking two questions - how do we use the sites to build solidarity and organize unions but also can the sites better facilitate this process?

Hi all, I’m confused with the NTS and test deadlines. I asked for my first NTS on 4/5/2021 and got it until 6/14/2021. Do I have 18 months to pass exams since April or June ? Thanks

I took FAR in Aug and AUD last week. Didn’t pass FAR and feeling like I may have passed AUD. My original NTS for them runs out on dec 18. If I get a new NTS for one of them to take before busy season do I have to wait to take it until after my original NTS runs out?

In an auto accident trial, can you inform the jury in any way that the at-fault driver had insurance? I have a hard time believing a jury would award 7-figure damages if they thought the little old lady defendant had to personally pay. Hello, I have been with the same company for 17 years. I am a supervisor for a laboratory in patient services. I worked my way up and currently have no degrees. Has anyone been able to work their way up in a company and then find a similar job with another company? I’m nervous that I’m stuck based on the fact that I don’t have a degree.

Would you move to NYC if you found a job there and can afford the lifestyle / rent? Not sure if I should do it, GF would rather stay here.. any advice?

In my offer i see this line " We may require you to travel to other locations including in India and internationally." ,however in my earlier post I came to know that there are no travel opportunities in Telstra .Does it mean in the future I can negotiate with my manager for the travel?
