My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar. I now work at the CBC, but I have worked in the private sector too. What is the most realistic way to move to 200K? 1) Continue moving the ladder to a VP position, 2) Switch to Pre-Sale, 3) Switch to Consulting, 4) Work from a U.S. company from Canada.

Toronto banks: remote or not? They sometimes post jobs where it doesn’t say it’s remote, but no branch/ location/address either. Then you get an interview and they tell you it’s remote/hybrid(1-2-3days, take your pick)/on-site. I honestly struggle with the politics of Afghanistan. It does appear that after 20 years we leave and within months it goes back to very similar or on its way. It’s not the US job to be the world police we did try to build coalitions and fail at the end of the day unless we’re willing to keep troops there forever which most Americans don’t want to I am not sure what the right thing to do is. And I’m sick of criticism just for the sake of the president. I don’t think there’s a perfect solution

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??
