So sorry to hear about your health conditions. I had several surgeries and had no problem back to work. Just got to make sure you are strong enough and health is ok. Health is very important
I had no choice but to but to go out bc I had no function to be able to do things. I wish you the best. I’m going through related injuries from previous after being retired. Body has to keep moving .

You’re right. I just keep going but I am afraid that things may progress to a point that could cause lasting damage. Thank you for your kind words!
Generally speaking, I’d recommend providing medical documentation to your HR department and discussing any accommodations your doctor recommends. Whether the injury is work-related or occurred outside of work, the process can vary depending on your employer’s policies and the nature of the condition.
I’ve seen people successfully return to work with temporary restrictions, but the biggest challenge is usually balancing recovery with job expectations. If your condition is affecting your ability to work, taking the time to address it now may help prevent it from becoming a bigger issue later.
