Hi all! Wanted to tell you about @smarterinasec, an Instagram I recently started. Every day, I do a deep dive on one topic + provide content recs on that topic to read, watch, & listen.

Could someone please suggest how to handle this situation?
My manager (Technology Director) sees me as an emerging thread to his position and stopped sharing details / trying to avoid including me in visible projects etc.,
FYI - His manager is the division head and Managing Director.
Why I think my manager tries to move me out?

- Upper mgmt is starting to identify me as the backup for all systems. My manager tries to move me out since then

What are the pros and cons of joining a Captive Organization for Salesforce ?

It is true that in service based consultings the learning curve will be better coz we'll get to work on a lot of projects compared to a captive organisation ?
