I have a performance coach that I see bi-weekly… it’s different than a personal therapist… one helps you figure your personal s*it out, one helps you feel like an unstoppable self propelling force of nature…

Which one? Tony Robbins? Short term, yes… but eventually the effects faded and you go back to business as usual, with some modifications that held long-term… at least for me…
Individual coach? Absolutely… even when I have a bad week or a bad two weeks, he stops me dead in my tracks and forces me to reset and reorient to what we know has worked, and then we pivot to how those situations could have been overcome… then we focus on success and gratitude in general and how we use past success to propel us forward…
One thing that he’s taught me, that I carry with me and I use with my team all the time… what we have done so far to get to this point, the successes that we’ve had, is an indication that what we are doing and have done works… we can have a bad week, bad month or a bad quarter… but it’s up to you to determine how long you let the bad take hold of you… but having a bad year is a choice and for the most part inexcusable… now get out there and do what you know works, and has worked…
Yes go for it. It will help guide you and keep you wanting to know and learn more. I know a guy who is a regional president who is a wonderful colleague who said he had an executive coach. Maybe not necessarily hire one unless you can truly afford it (I have no idea how much they charge). But nonetheless your employer probably has mentor groups you could join and get 1 on 1 assistance

They have a mentorship program, I think it was $6k. I’m going to look now.
You know, it's funny, I actually thought about it, and then my mentor was like, "Why not just go to a therapist?" and that really hit home with me. At least with therapists, there's some sort of universal industry standard and accreditation process unlike executive coaches, who basically don't even need any credentials.

I like the idea of my insurance paying for it lol
