In broad strokes what I’ve heard is that EU salaries are lower but benefits and quality of life can be higher. So it’s a trade off. Also matters if you are single, have a family, or are actively looking for a partner. To integrate into any country you need to speak the language, but whether or not you need it for work will vary on a case by case basis. You may be able to find an English-speaking job and then take your time learning the language and building a new life. The biggest hurdle is the legal work authorization, which you already have.

I do have a family. I would definitely learn whatever language applied to where we moved, just obviously for work would need them to prioritize English since I can’t move there and learn a language with no job! I’m ok with a smaller salary for the perks of living in Europe.

Apart from language, you will have a great time. As the work pressure will be less so will be your salary. But it will be a great experience working in EU.
I'm curious about the same. I'm dying to move over there. But I don't have dual citizenship and only speak English. The US rat race... I don't have the health for it.
