Has anyone recently joined OpenText Bangalore? I have cleared the interview, and they said they would send an offer letter, but it's been over a month. They are saying it has not been approved yet, and they have no idea when that will be approved. Do you have any idea how much time it usually takes?

I am looking for Scrum Master opportunity and have been selected in Deloitte and EY

However , they are now asking me for immediate joining which is not possible(as per HR) as i am serving notice period of which less then 45days are left.
I have made this clear on day 1 to the recruiters
One more thing, they are not offering any decent package
Eg- Deloitte is offering 15LPA for a 7.5yrs exp Scrum Master

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I did that for almost 2 years before making the switch. I miss sales, though. Does anyone have any connections to companies looking? I have also considered a sales analyst role considering that I am moderately versed in Salesforce and have worked both the customer facing and sales generating side. TIA!
