Ive been in an intermodal logistics cordinator for my company for 7 years now and just this last year, i recieved no salary increase because i had reached the "salary limit" for my possition which is 50k. I want to see what else is out there and keep my options open. Do you have any recommendations on where i can start as i have not had to look in over 7 years and seems like alot has changed. For reference i recieved salary increases of 2.5% a year.

Hi all, how far back does background check go for McK EH @ Associate level? I want to start making calls to track down my supervisor from a company which no longer exists if the check goes really far back. Also, I currently work for a F10 company, so considering its size, is it possible that the BG check can be done without my employer being notified (or they call some general HR hotline so my supervisor won’t know I’m leaving)? I was diagnosed with ADHD in the first grade along with dyslexia and dysgraphia. I’m also positive that I should have been diagnosed with dyscalculia. Sometimes in my work, I say/do/write things that are obvious symptoms of these disabilities but my mentor attorney acts like I’m just making lazy, stupid mistakes.
