Pros and cons for LBS/INSEAD Vs US B-schools?
It goes on and on

I recently finished my Masters in Cyber Security and have a Bachelors in Software Development. As much as I love the technical aspect of my degrees, I think the happiest me would be in tech sales. I had found an opportunity at IBM for entry level sales starting in 2023 and was wondering if anyone had gone through this or the Summit program? Looking for insight on applying and would love to chat with anyone who has or currently works for IBM! Thanks in advance!

Government IT is less about cutting-edge tech and more about compliance, risk management, and legacy systems. Learn those areas, and you’ll have an edge.
Are you insane?!? Have you not seen the government we are living with? I work in IT for a federal contractor and know a ton of others who also do and in different roles and everything is a shit show because of the Nazi regime. Wait until these 4 years are over but get any certs or training you can that meets what the other commenter stated.
"...but I’m considering moving into a government role for better stability and benefits". OP, have you been keeping up with the news? You are talking about the US government? There is no, and I truly mean NO stability in any government job right now. I would recommend that you stay in the private sector until the dust settles, and that could take years.
I agreed. You may come through an IT division in government to where they are ramping up to the latest and greatest technology. However, being regulated and compliant with compliance are the key factors.
Search in local/municipal government ICMA.org for nation-wide job postings in IT. Use your skills and knowledge at the local level!
