I had my first technical round of interview as Sr. Android developer with Tech Mahindra and It went well. How long does it take to know about the result. Also how many rounds are there? The interviewer refused to say his name nor he appeared on video in the interview. Is that the company policy? Tech Mahindra

Yes I took the CD Megamachine class which had some modules from the selling course. I think it’s a little overpriced, but I learned a lot and would recommend it to anyone looking to level up their creative game. If you can do tuition reimbursement through your agency def do that. Feel free to dm me.
Price was not negotiable, but they were very flexible with a bunch of payment plan options. The payment plans make the whole thing a little bit more expensive though overall vs paying all at once so heads up on that.
I took 3. The creative one. The AD one. The CD one. I can’t recommend it enough. Bagley is the best and it has brought really great structure to how I approach being a creative and a CD. It’s definitely a great investment in yourself IMO. Happy to answer any questions.
I think the OG and AD ones were a little under 2k USD. The CD one maybe 2700 USD?
I’d double check with Bagley’s team.
I took it a few years back and really got a lot out of it. Jason is dope.
I have and totally mega-recommend - if you want to blow your own mind and get productive. No real homework but tons of self evaluation. Go
The base course is nice if: a) you never had the chance to work with very talented people willing to share some of their experience with you, and b) if you feel a bit stuck in the industry despite having done good/great work in your career.
Also worth noticing that Publicis is going to pay for you - there’s a studying funds you can access to, talk to hr!
I review it pretty frequently. Refer back to it as a valuable resource whenever I feel stuck. It’s pretty engrained into daily workflow.
I find it makes the work fun and gave me a lot of confidence as a creative and creative director. The output has improved and I constantly get feedback and questions about how much fun I seem to be having and how it’s all showing through the work. And this is comments I get from many different agencies as a freelancer.
What are you looking for? Feel free to dm me. I’m a big fan of ASAP and am happy to answer any questions.
Yes, I got promoted from ACD to CD by taking the course, and my agency paid for it. Invaluable and will put you in the top 5% of CDs.

You're just making those names up right?
Nope https://schoolofastonishingpursuits.com/creative-megamachine/
The CD and the original ones were my favourites.
The original one is great for all levels. Very helpful for juniors to even cd level creatives. Brings the joy back into the creative process and be reminded of the fundamentals.
The CD is great for any new CDs or soon-to-be CDs. Nice to learn how to be and operate. I think of it as an operating system upgrade for anyone going from a creative to a creative director.
The AD program is good too but more for junior/intermediate ADs. A lot of basics which is nice to refer to once in a while.
CD5 both are great, but I think it depends on what you’re looking for.
I took both courses while freelancing. The Creative megamachine is more about creative habits and techniques, while the CD focuses more on creative leadership. Topics like client relationships, setting a vision for your teams, crafting briefs with strategists etc.
While valuable, the lessons I learned from CD megamachine wasn’t immediately applicable as a freelancer. On the other hand, I was able to implement The lessons I learned from Creative Megamachine right away.
Both are great. You really can’t go wrong with either one. But if I were you, I’d start with the creative megamachine.
Took it a few years ago, and helped a lot. I was super hesitant about the price tag and even told the man himself that. Honestly though I'm a fan, and signed up for more.
Still complain about the price though
I wouldn't do the selling course. I've seen pieces from it and found it not very helpful.
The creative megamachine course was good. Expensive, but good. I'd split the cost with your partner and do that one.
To those who took the course, how has your output improved? Or have you abandoned it and placed the course material into a drawer 4 weeks later to never look at it again?

If you want to take the Selling course, the person that leads it - Ben Levy - has both a book and a personal course that is way cheaper. It’s called C.R.A.P and only $499 (like 1/4 of the cost of the Selling Megamachine). I bought the book and it’s also super helpful. I also took the AD course when it first came out and I enjoyed it, but it definitely wasn’t worth the price in all honesty. I also did a free trial for the ASAP Guild which is ridiculously expensive and I didn’t find it worth it at least this early on.
It does help! Thank you!
Is anyone who’s taken the AD course willing to sell the takeaway material?
If you can’t afford it just read: Hey, Wipple, Squeeze This.
A decent part of what he’ll teach you is based on what Luke Sallivan shared with the world a while ago :)
