Has anyone went to college in Europe and got a job in the US upon graduation? Care to share the experience?

I’ve joined an early-stage startup as one of the first 3 employees (excluding the 2 founders) pretty much right out of college with ~2y of internship experience and I also worked on my own startup for a year. The founders were very senior product and eng leaders in FAANG so the founding team is considered strong. Company has a product but nearly 0 revenue. They’ve offered me sweat equity of 1%, no salary for the unforeseeable future, and no co-founder title. Is this appropriate comp?

Is CTC of 6 lpa(in hand) ,at 26 and 3 yoe too less?
