Has anyone worked at better.com? I’m a senior interviewing for their senior associate role at 125k. Worth it?

What’s the common process for when a client offering you a job at the end of the project? Do you still have to go through interviews and stuffs like a normal application or the client would just send you an offer?
The client asked me to join their team, we talked about the position (no specific comp yet), and they asked for my resume. Just want to know what the common process is like in this situation, TIA.

I think I've failed twice in answering these correctly in my interviews
This is for a Visual designer's position
1. What was the breakpoint for design
2. Did you design the components and design system?
3. How was your handoff to developers (I've never one that)
4. Wht was the most challenging part of this project.
5. What is something you would re-design if you were to go back.

How do referrals work?
If I get a referral from someone and I apply, then can I still reach out to a recruiter on LinkedIn expressing interest in the role? And do I let them know that I already applied? I’m sure they get tons of messages so what should I say so that it won’t be overlooked?Im currently unemployed and very eager to get an entry level position in either HR, Marketing, or Project/Program Coordinator in the tech field, so any advice is greatly appreciated.

I currently work in Healthcare as a respiratory therapist for 10 years. I have been at my job, currently, for a little over 5 years. Alongside my bachelors degree I also have a masters degree in healthcare administration. ZS fish, Is there a Senior Consultant level at the firm? I am currently a M3 in Lighthouse at 174k base (7.5YoE) doing data science.
If SC doesn't exist, is Manager a good level to target, or is Consultant more like it? Looking for 200k base at a minimum.
Expect my current year TC to be around 200-210k.

2nd year assoc. here. Finding myself spending 3-5 hours researching/analyzing issues that should only take 1-3 hours. I find myself questioning - for every assignment - is this the issue I was asked to look into? Did I read that case right? Does this analysis make sense? How common are credit checks for roles in accounting or finance positions? Will high utilization on credit card balances and low credit score be a deal breaker?
