Have a Q about BGV process vis a vis DI name changes — so most people would know that DI changed its name over the past 5-6 years a couple of times — Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP to Deloitte South Asia to Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP. Wondering if that would cause in issues w.r.t my future company’s BGV process? Since EPF entries are also verified during BGV. Any insights from recent Deloitte Alumni? Did you have to do anything/inform future company’s HR in advance regarding this?

Best way to deal with family members who treat you like the family therapist? Over thanksgiving my aunt disclosed some intense stuff to me and asked me for my help/opinion, and it was uncomfortable. I don't feel good saying just don't talk to me about stuff like that, but I also am not paid to give therapy to my own family and the things they tell me put me in weird situations with other family members. I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.
