Have a startup that is looking to start scaling with paid media / native / social ads, but I’m not sure where to start in finding somebody with more experience to help with that.

What kind of job experience am I looking for in somebody who helps to run and manage paid ads? Media buyer? Campaign manager?

Business is based in AZ, but runs remotely so wfh is fine... Ideally want to start with a freelancer but open to full time. Any tips or referrals appreciated!
