Anyone in the AML/Compliance field? I have been an analyst/investigator for almost 3 years and have moved up with small salary increase two times ($5k in total over 2.5 years). I have a CAMS certification and have been on multiple projects while always meeting or exceeding expectations. Now, with 3 weeks to go, I find out the name of the support person? I was never given training and my intern support person never met with me. Not even once! I’m not being hired back because I don’t know how to do what I was never trained on.
