The world we inhabit is very small and you do not know where you or the people you work with currently will end up. Do your best to leave with a good reputation, you will almost certainly interact with these people again in your career.
This is the best advice. I lateraled to another firm at one point and within a few months I was staffed on a deal where I was across from a partner I did a ton of work with at my old firm.
Put it out of my mind and keep working on what's in front of me.
Think about what happens if the next place ends up being worse. Grass is truly not always greener. I'm not saying that's what will happen, and I truly hope it won't, for you. But you always want to leave with the door still open in case you ever want to return. And also, this industry is small and you're not unlikely to cross paths with these people again. Your work product is your reputation - take pride in protecting it.
