I understand this might sound a little snobby but I'm not trying for it to come off that way. I've been around impressive people throughout my adult life. T-14 and big law have placed me in the company of some really accomplished individuals. It likely skewed the bar in terms of what I find as impressive.

If you notice that a junior associate on your team has over-billed, how would you handle it? I don’t want to get them in trouble, but noticed that they billed extremely high numbers even though I was doing all they work on the deal and they completely disappeared other than for client conference calls. Certain things that they billed for on the final invoice, I alone handled and never asked them to do. Appreciate any advice. I’m a mid-level in case it helps for context.

For us being in charge is having full assignment 3p-7p & being responsible for assigning pts , communicating w/ supervisor about various issues, making the assignment for next shift, and a mini report about each pt for the next charge. How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day.
