2 hours barely gets you outside of LA lol. I love Palm Springs but it’s 2-3 hours and if you only have a a couple days not sure why you’d want to spend so much time in transit. Just get a nice hotel on the beach in Santa Monica
LA is a big place. You can drive for two hours and still be in LA (yay, traffic). Narrow your location down a bit for us to help out
I will be starting out near LAX and then going back to LAX to leave, thank you! I have spent time in LA and various neighborhoods there, so would like to get out of the city and see something different. It’s a little further, but I’m wondering if Palm Springs is worth the drive?
Rising Star
Fairmont Santa Monica. Anything in Beverly Hills (expect to pay $1,000/night unless you are further away). Ritz Carlton Marina Del Rey. Disney hotel and go to Disneyland for a day.
