They flagged a serious legal drafting issue!

I just got an offer from EY in London but considering based on what the maternity policy is which doesn’t seem to be spelt out in contract or benefits pdf. Does anyone know a) if there’s a minimum employment period to qualify and b) what the enhanced maternity pay is. I’ve read both 16 weeks and 18 weeks.

Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

It’s normal to worry if communication gets vague, delayed replies, sudden silence, “talk soon” are all just not very easy to go through. But sometimes managers are just busy or avoiding tough topics. Keep documenting your value and check in again to clarify where you stand.
When you get put on a PIP that is a pretty sure sign that you are probably going to be let go. I don't think they usually put you on those with intentions of you getting off of it.
A lot of time it’s blindsided. Each leader is told to cut 10% by cSuite often and tough choices need to be made. Leaders don’t want to do this so it can come at surprise. Weakest links go first.
What can you do? Be a top performer. Ensure you’re better than your peers and your manager likes you. Might have to swallow your pride if you want to survive.
