Having trouble with fridge humidity (too low). I’ve tried placing bowl of water but it’s not increasing it meaningfully. I have a separate gauge I put in there to keep tabs on humidity % and temp. Any suggestions on how to increase humidity?

Costco has a 2005 chateau montelana cab for $170. This is a bit more than I usually spend for a special occasion wine but I’ve had more recent vintages and love the producer. Is this too good to be true or should I pull the trigger next time I’m at Costco
