You can basically buy anything you want from Cali Pinot at that price (Sans Marcassin)

A few options:

Littorai (One Acre)
Occidental SWK vineyard (cuvée Elizabeth also good)
Aubert UV-SL vineyard
Rivers Marie (summa old vines)
Williams Selyem (Rochioli, Allen vineyard are my two faves)

Thanks!!

Google 1 provided good list. I would add Kosta Browne. If you go down in price point Flowers has a nice Pinot

St Rita hills pinot delivers a lot of bang for your buck, can probably get more value than a Sonoma cab.

Domaine de la cote - la cote. Fits in your budget and for my palette, haven’t had any better Pinot coming from the US.

I’m making progress, but I’m noticing that I don’t really have a hobby. Precovid travelling was my hobby but now that it’s gone I feel a little “lost”. I also loved going to the range but was diagnosed with epilepsy so I can’t anymore
I bought a car to go on roadtrips and hikes but it still gets a little lonely. Also noticing that a lot of my friends are starting to be in relationships so we spend less time tg

Any advice for how to transport wine during a move (1,000 miles driving)? There’s only about 15 bottles i actually care about from my collection - I’ll probably end up just drinking the other 30 by the time we move.

Greek wine flies under the radar, like this unfiltered Nemea with notes of violet, raspberry, and menthol. A touch hot at 13.9%, it has nice balance and actually some acidity.

What wine clubs are you guys members? Would love some recommendations.

Tried this Santorini retailing for $40. Very concentrated but can’t say I was blown away by it. Volcanic terroir dominates almost to the point of obscurity, and it had strong lemon notes, hints of quince, and sea salt. It clashed with Mexican food (hey I knew that beforehand but didn’t think it would clash THAT bad, and usually pair Mexican with Riesling or Gewürztraminer) but I’m going to Greece soon and wanted to drink Greek wine. I drank half at a BYOB, took the bottle home(cont’d)
