Depends entirely on budget but focus around Pomerol and St Emilion and you won’t go far wrong!

Yep - focussed on right bank. Much better year for Merlot dominant blends.

Really? Any favorites?

Are you using wine.com for this? Any recs?

I always thought it would be awesome to get a case of Margaux or lafite to buy and hold but my wine fridge isn’t big enough and we’re planning on moving soon. I doubt I’d be getting a great deal on those prestige labels too

Opinions on 150-200 bottle wine refrigerators?
Am considering the artevino iii but having a hard time justifying the $850 difference to the wine enthusiast classic 150. Current collection is 65 bottles with majority benefiting from additional aging.

Ribeiro: LOVE this wine region from the Galicia region of Spain but it’s hard to find anything coming out of this place. Not to be confused with Ribera del Duero, known for Vega Sicilia, lot of white wine cones from this region. The Treixadura grape is prominent, and it has granite soils and a rich bubblegum like flavor. Lovely minerality and acidity.

Riesling night tonight. ‘17 Weinbach Cuvée Colette. Nice austere classic dry Riesling from the Schlossberg appellation. Bright lemony acidity with the unique granite terroir undertone of the region. Green apples, orange peel, gooseberries. Still very young
