A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. In this case, according to TCS talent policies, what is the procedure and the benefits that he can avail, as part of project initiated relocation? Also, how long it takes to get base location changed through HR in TCS?

Gained knowledge of cyber security and planning to switch . Infosys currently agreeing to switch to IVS unit however not agreeing to any salary hike or Hybrid or WFH Model

On other hand has offer from Israel product based telecom company on Devops role with 60% salary hike and hybrid work policy(planning to switch domain to cyber security 1 year later)

Coming from ACN, senior analyst, 3yrs total experience so far & wanting to get into the data analytics/BI work. Currently have had experience working with SQL developer, OBIEE/OBIA, Teradata in ERP and Healthcare projects. does wipro pays for notice period recovery , I preponed my release date from current org and I see that as recovery amount in my provisional f&f , I have sent a couple of emails, talked to wipro HR a couple of times asking if they shall pay for recovery but their response has been non committal so far , what should I do so I could get the notice period recovery done , the DU am going to, hiring manager from that told that it could be claimed but HR has not given anything in written so far?
