Hearing lot of negative news about LTIMindtree here but i also see many are working for 3+ years in the company. Very confused if i should choose LTImindtree which i am getting in coimbatore(hometown) or other offer in different city.

It’s quite risky here now. I’ve been with the company for the past three years — things were good before, but the situation has changed. I want to move out, but I haven’t been getting any interview calls or better offers.

How do you deal with stub years who are exceptionally bad? I’m not talking about general cluelessness which is completely expected and understandable, but turning in work product riddled with incomprehensible, grammatically incorrect sentences that would fail middle school English. This is honestly the worst I’ve ever seen. Would you just avoid in the future or raise this with a partner? I don’t even know how to talk to this person about this…

Does anyone know a great 7th grade math workbook? Our school system does not buy the students books. I’ve taught 6th grade math for 20 years and have made all my notes, worksheets and and examples, but I’ve been assigned a seventh grade math class and don’t have enough time to get all of that ready. I feel like I’ve spent so much money on Amazon and TPT but it never ends up being what I want. It’s usually too easy. I would be grateful for any ideas, suggestions or actual workbooks names. Thanks.
