Kya raita failaye ho be, absconding experience hi dikha dala itni kya majboori thi. Wo company tumhe ghanta nhi dene wali koi letter, experience hide kardo agar possible hai to ya mail par lo written manager se achi banti hai to nahi to lo be kisi na kisi se to lo, agar last company tha ye to thoda seriously execute kardo uper instructions nahi to boldena wo nahi hai last company ka pura hai doc. And these are definitely red flags while background check process they will ask you for justifications if you get caught so be ready for those things like medical and emails during that periods which will show that you asked for proper medical leaves over medical doc but they not allowed and put you on abscond.
Dont worry bro they wont start bgv on basis of ur uan history they will verify only to those which you updated / filled for bgv in employment form as per my knowledge.
