Due to personal reasons I was on leave for 2 months
Now when I'm back to work I was removed from my current project last week and they want me to join a new project which has shifts
I don't want to work in shifts so I said I'm not willing to
They haven't even off boarded me from the current project
HR is forcing me to resign or find a new project within a week or go on sabbatical
I'm not even put on bench or given enough time to find a new project

Do we need to carry print out of offer letter on first orientation day?

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.
