I actually got an offer from Cognizant and I currently hu with EY
I had a connect today with my Manager and he is saying that don’t go to Cogni it will impact you career they put you anywhere and after EY you should go with big Cs.
He also told me to retain but have not yet discussed on the compensation part.
Here my current project is not good and the work here is not adding any value to my skills.
Please suggest what to do
