I am working in Bosch as sw tester level51 and I have total 6.5 years of experience. I have received offer from Tata Motors ( QA team ) .. mostly the work at tata motors will be working on requirements.. coordination with suppliers.. defects tracking.. so that defect free software will be available before deadline .. so technomanagerial kind of work.. Tata Motors has given 45 % hike on my current CTC. I am little confused shall i accept offer or not … what do you guys say.

Company 1 : $170k base + 10% bonus + 136k rsu + 5k sign on
Cons : junior title\level, hybrid

Company 2 : $150k base + 10% bonus
Pros : senior role\title, fully remote

Would you go for junior role for high salary? Would it hurt in future?
