I got an offer from IBM ISDL, for Z software AI team. The band which is offered is 7b. As I went through layoffs post, Can I consider this offer and Join?

I recently accepted a job that I quite overqualified for because I’m in need of a job. I got hired as a Marketing Manager and work directly with the Marketing Director. Come to find out my director is still in school and has absolutely no marketing experience. She’s been with the company for 4 months. They seem to want to utilize my complete skills set and make up for her lack of marketing knowledge but maintain her position as director and pay me a entry level marketing manager salary. Advice?

I’m really thinking about getting a second job to supplement my income. I make 90K a year including a small bonus but I want to make more. I’m 7 years out of college and I just feel like I should be making at least 6 figures by now. I love the company I work for. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.
