I have 5 YOE in GCP Devops and is currently designated as Team Lead. Due to some personal reasons I am looking for other opportunities.

I would like to transition into a managerial role. I have been searching and applying for such entry level roles which would help me to achieve my dream, for quite some time, but was unlucky enough to get an HR call.

Can someone please let me know of any openings or advice me if I am doing something wrong here?
