Hello all, I have a Lebanese passport and my multiple entry business visa application to KSA was rejected in December. I am a UAE resident and applied from Tasheer Dubai. Any idea if I have better chances applying from Lebanon? If not, what solutions are there?

I feel under qualified at work but I also don’t know how much of it is in my head or in reality. Dubai people I live in Marquise Square tower and my neighbor is having a party literally every day till 4-5 in the morning- I spoke to him and he apologized and promised to keep it quiet but he didn’t. So I spoke to the security if they can tell them to calm down and the security said that he can’t do anything as it’s the weekend! Is that normal or should they give me a noise compliance and force him to stay quiet after some time.
