I have been working as a C#.NET developer, I want to switch to Embedded development after realising my interests. I have been learning Embedded C/C++, working on communication protocols(SPI, I2C, UART) implemented them as well on STM32 microcontroller. I have also been learning Linux System Programming(Process Manager, IPC etc). Also did some projects using RFID and GSM module. Please help me how do I proceed further and how do I apply for jobs.

My YoE is 2 y 1 mo. Worked on Firmware Dev and Linux Device Driver Dev. Have good knowledge on OS Internals.
I've attended 2 TRs at Qualcomm and then HR called to say that I'm qualified and sent me a set of HR questions over mail to answer. I'm not sure how much CTC should I expect. My current CTC is 3.3 + 0.3 LPA.
Please note that I only did polytechnic/diploma and currently pursuing BCA online. Does not having a BTech lead me to lower CTC?
