I’m casually thinking about looking for a new job. I LOVE where I work. I’m not micromanaged. My boss never questions when I’m not in office(we have remote capabilities). We have a very good working relationship. Never denied vacation time. Full health benefits paid by the company. I get to travel to conferences in Vegas and Atlanta. I currently make 75k in Arkansas. Im fiercely loyal.

When is the best time to mention a clawback provision to a new firm? During the interview when they ask “how soon can you start”? Or after you get an offer?

The clawback doesn’t necessarily prevent me from starting ASAP, but it does affect my start date in some respect & I’d definitely try to negotiate with the new firm to pay all/some of it. For context, the signing bonus is low/mid 5-figures. Thoughts?

Hi Friends , Got offer from Deutsche bank. Salary structure is really confusing here. Please let know is employee and employer pf is included in fixed pay ? I've attended 2 TRs at Qualcomm and then HR called to say that I'm qualified and sent me a set of HR questions over mail to answer. I'm not sure how much CTC should I expect. My current CTC is 3.3 + 0.3 LPA.
