I joined Accenture 5 years ago. I am CL 10 in operations. I am dual hatting roles between Trainer and Quality Lead. My package is currently 7.2 LPA which I think is low as per current market rate.
Want to check 2 things with you all:
1. what should my package be as per market?
2. Is it better to switch companies or remain homegrown within Accenture in terms of salary hike?
