I joined cognizant 2 months ago as contractor.
I didn't get any project calls properly.
No right communication happened from management regarding the projects.
Yesterday i got email regarding my return of asset and LWD.My vendor also don't know about it.
Anyone faced same situation.
Suggest me your opinion here.

Currently I work for a small company that does the construction of small cell utility poles and roof top sites for the major cell carriers like VZW, T-mobile, AT&T and so on. I am a project coordinator but I do everything under the sun. Created project tracker. Submitti bids, sourcing material, negotiating price on materials, handling post construction inspections, scheduling sub contractors, notifying stakeholders, coordinating with construction managers - property owners - building management.

So I had HR discussions after tech and managerial round and she said, she will have to get approval from management for salary discussions as it’s on the higher side as per my YOE.

Does it mean they will drop my candidature here and now or do I still have any chance ??
