Hello all, I need a genuine advice. I am currently operating as a manager with foxed base around 34 LPA. There is a annual bonus of 4 LPA (due in december).
I have got an offer from Deloitte USI for a Manager role

Should I expect
1. New offered base to be around 45-47 LPA ?
2. Can I ask for joining bonus ?
3. Do they have stocks?

Anything I should keep in mind for Deloitte USI?
