I need a little clarity in the virtusa recruitment process, i got selected in the recent drive and had a discussion with my hr regarding salary and all now they shared a link to upload documents in that link I can see the document related to onaboridng but the hr is mentioning like it is pre offer document validation. I'm a little confused here whether those documents are onaboriding or pre offer Can anyone please guide me through this?

Ive accepted an offer going from a SM role to M role at EY in the CCas team , London office. Can anyone confirm how often one needs to come into the office, as my commute is from Hampshire . In my current role I rarely go to the office, i.e once every few months (also in London) and am considering backing out due to the additional commuting cost and less flexible work life balance.
