Hi! Anybody knows of federal agencies hiring that are offering fulltime telework/remote?
I currently work for an agency based in DC and my boss is forcing us to come back into the office fulltime after we’ve been remote for nearly two years. Majority of my coworkers have already left for the private sector but I’d like to remain in the public.

Any mothers that are supervisors/managers? Thinking about starting a family & realized I don't know how this is going to work if I want to lean in to both my career & my ovaries. Esp. breastfeeding.

Any Atomic Habit readers here? I’m brainstorming identity-based habits for two things I want to change:

-I want to bill more hours, so my goal is to become the type of person who bills at least 8 a day
-I want to drink less alcohol, so my goal is to become the type of person who drinks occasionally

Neither of these feel that helpful. Any one have suggestions for other identity-based goals that get at these changes I want to make?

How have you combated your fear of rejection? I fixate on such small things as when my friends, for example, reject plans I have made. This definitely makes me more averse to putting myself out there and makes me ruminate on past perceived failures, which are clearly not good for personal growth

I have been working as mainframe developer for around 8 years. From last year, working on requirement analysis and team management activities. I want to move into java full stack developer profile as I am not interested in management work. I know that being 8+ YOE guy and considering my tech background, it would be difficult to transition, but I am really depressed with my work profile. Please advise how should I transition my career path to a java full stack developer.

I am halfway through in clearing Bank Of America (BA Continuum) interview, just onshore round is pending. Please let me know how much % hike will be ideal ask since the job market is doing good now.

Hi Fishes, I have cleared technical and managerial rounds in Infosys. HR negotiation is yet to happen. The position they have hired me for is Tech Lead, who will be leading 10-20 members in the team. I am a mainframe professional with 8.5 years of experience. What should be the minimum package I must agree for this opportunity. Please give me some insight.
