Does anyone else suffer with paralysis? Mine is so bad I don’t even know what to do anymore. I got a offer from small service based company of 10 lpa, my experience is 4 yrs in full stack of node & react.

My current CTC was 8 Lpa.

Now, the new company is asking to sign a 1 yr of bond. When I asked HR why, she said you need to sign due to current market situation.

Should I go with this or negotiate further?

Hey folks,

I am supposed to join PwC India (management consulting) in 3 weeks. PWC offered me a 23% hike on base pay which was fine 2 months back.

Now in efforts to retain, my firm is revising pay and will probably match that hike and there will also be a 20% bonus.

Can I use these data points to leverage a joining bonus from PwC? What are your thoughts?
