Boston area, medium/large regional firm. 2-4 years exp but flexible. Open to associates that are on the cusp of promotion to senior. Relatively low travel and better WLB compared to Big4. Does anyone from agency world to “cagency” world have tips on learning the consulting side? I’m finding as an experienced hire, I lack in some skills such as economics and budgeting.

I think it’s so crazy that once you sign-full time as a CW, you can’t freelance as well. Feels like there’s so many opportunities out there for freelance roles but the full-time gig steals us from them ☹️

For startup founders/people with a successful side project: How did you get the idea/inspiration for your business? I’m currently working at a Series B startup and my end goal has always been to found my own startup, but I graduated from college 2.5 years ago and I still have not had any great ideas cross my mind. I do spend a fair amount of time brainstorming. I don’t want to continue working here forever, but I’m struggling to generate that “this is it” idea to build a company for. Any advice?

PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?

Total YOE - 3.5 years (PM experience 2yrs)

Beware a company called apnaklub currently hiring across functions. They are knockoff udaan with zero ideas who somehow managed to get some funding. They will do interviews for 1 month+ and then ghost you totally wasting your time.

What are the typical differences (+ and -) between PM Role in b2b and b2c organisations? Holding an offer from both, with 10L more in b2b and another b2c paying less. I’m thinking getting into b2c with lesser pay, however would help out in long term. Any suggestions here please? (Currently with 3.5 years as b2b PM, overall 8 YOE)
