Just joined Tiger Analytics.. had few questions in my mind.
1) How's the quality of work and Do we get to learn latest skills.
2) If you have done 1-2 projects in and now want to change your technology track, is it possible?
3) How soon can I expect to get promoted to Senior Analyst and what is the % hike that they usually offer.

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings

Does tiger analytics provide training after joining as experienced? How much time generally given to cop up in the project?

I asked for a counter offer at Tiger and they say pls join the other company ..... even if u join Tiger your doj will be pushed by a month.
