I've had a whoop for the past 8 months and since the last firmware update it simply doesn't actively synch and it's basically junk. Hi, received a job offer (accepted) with about 20K increase, 30% bonus and some stock option. Controller position at a startup company. My current company countered with 30% increase, 25% bonus and stock option (already being traded) not a controller title but darn close. Kinda torn as I believe i would have more growth at my current company.
