16-19 fall under grade F not E. Agree that there is skill miss match across projects. But, they are still streamlining the process. It can take about an year. It’s good if you join now and understand the process and work as it’s transitioning phase. Most of glass door reviews are by the developers of grade CD at initial stages where they were not giving work of their choice
So do you think will there be chances for any promotions from E to F in this coming cycle or shd we wait for an year ?
It’s highly unlikely that they review grades at mid of the year in any organization. You may need to wait and see. In LBG what i heard is promotions are very slow.
When did this appraisal take place?
It might happen in December

Question - a colleague of mine cleared interviews for PO, has his final interview with HR soon. He's being told it's grade F. Anyone know the pay range? He's got around 17-18 years experience
They gave me only 25% hike for grade E2 for PO role
