Hello Everyone, Does anyone here working now in LTC has any insights on the coming appraisals? How much % of hikes for Grade E . Also I have seen that people who are having 4+ years of total experience are given E grades and people with 16-19 years of experience also fall in the same Grade. Why is this happening here any inputs here will be helpful. Is it good to continue with LTC or look for something else outside

EXL as AVP/Engagement manager at credit for fintech clients (42+5 LPA)

and

Accenture strategy as Manager in operations for banking (40+3 LPA)

Which one should he go for?
Any suggestions?

PWC INDIA VS EY GDS.
EY GDS is offering 18 lpa and senior consultant 1 roles + 1 lpa join in bonus+VP 10%
PWC india is offering 15.5 lpa + 2 lpa Join in bonus + VP(not mentioned) and senior consultant 2.
Currently in one of the BIG 4 in IT Risk advisory.
YOE : 2 + MBA from tier 2
Location: same for both
Please help me decide based on the growth opportunities, earning potential and long term impact of choosing india vs global practice.

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Could anyone please share some insights about work at the AI COE at TCS? How's the team and how's overall growth in terms of skills and payscale? Are there any drawbacks of joining AI COE?
