I completed my Technical and GM rounds at Infosys and was later asked via email to update my application which is in process and upload documents like a photo, passport, and payslips. However, my status still shows"Shortlisted after screening," and HR hasn't responded for few days. Did I crakcked the interview and BGV is on? How long does the hiring process usually take? Also,with 3 years of experience and a 4.8 LPA package, what salary should I negotiate for a Consultant role?

Well, I was the one who broke it off. I couldn’t get him to love me the way I needed or even respect me enough. It’s been 6 weeks of not seeing each other. We messaged this week. He doesn’t get it….
