Hello everyone, I currently received an offer from Fiserv Pune of Implementation Analyst role and my joining is next week.
My total experience is 4.5 years and my CCTC is 5.4 LPA, Fiserv is offering me 10.35 LPA. Can anyone suggest me if I am being paid the right amount of if I am underpaid?
Also I was going through other discussions here in the bowl and I find most of the comments from 5 months back stating ”now is not the right time to join Fiserv”, wanted to know if the situation has changed?

Take a break: if you’re anything like me, you’re glued to newsfeeds and maybe the markets. Give yourself a day off. Focus on things that make you happy. The news will still there tomorrow.

At some Big 4 companies there is a Partner / Principal group that has equity and are part owners of the business and an equivalent Managing Director group that does not have equity and are essentially employees.

How does it work at McKinsey / Bain ? Do those same distinctions exist across partner types, owner vs non owner?
