Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Accenture India Lately there are so many hr openings with Accenture in almost all portals naukri, indeed, monster, linked in etc but there is not a single response infact I have the cc number wherein status is reflecting as hr will contact you ..but I have not received any revert, tried emailing the hr through a reference got an auto email stating out of office nd shared his contact number to connect, when tried calling hr,he was annoyed but I guess he forgot that he himself has shared the number. 160k, 1800 (collected) hours. 10k bonus if I hit that. 2nd year associate in the south. We’re a mid sized firm with a large patent group, so maybe not exactly what you’re looking for but maybe useful as a data point
Around 35 collected hours per week — that’s a lot of faith in the back end.
I'm at a small boutique where I am on a profit sharing, commission-based compensation model. No billing requirement. Last year, I billed and collected ~1400 hours at ~$400/hour. Took home ~325k while putting 37k towards 401k via a profit sharing plan.

Never heard of anything like this for patent prosecution. Know some family law lawyers in small boutiques that have this kind of setup. Thats insane - you are living the dream!

Wont name city but at small boutique firm as 1st year was given 75K then 80K as second year (couple years ago - no bonus structure to my knowledge.. was entirely dependent on 'how he firm did that year').. bililng reqmts 1200.
Now large boutique. 1400 reqmt but its tougher than it sounds due to some unique billing practices. 1st year calls in this office are paid 95K.
Small firm with an official billing requirement of about 1500, but a lot of tasks are flat fee, so not easy to assess time. Associates negotiate salaries. Typically salaries start low (around 80) but can move up when attorneys prove they can handle their own cases. Bonus for bringing in clients.
When I started, my first year salary was around 80, second year was a little over 100 and third year was around 120. In small firms, you can earn by proving you can do the work.
Three-person firm. 2nd year associate. Hourly, $70/hr. Minimum of 1560 for benes, but I bill about 40 a week (45-50 total).
